simple, watch the way he treats others , when u are around and sneak up on him and check on him and watch how he is when u are not around.. or get a reliable frnd to watch how he behaves when u r not around and let u know...
but some ppl tend to not show every aspect of their charactor when mingling wit others .. then.. jus watch him from a distance when he is alone ...
