I think men cry too, except they may not publicly do so cos they've been programmed that it isn't "macho" to cry.

Women cry may be because it is the easiest way to get what we want. lol Seriously, it is an outlet of pent-up negative emotions. Crying actually makes you feel better afterwards (did I mention some crying is good for the eyes too?)

Men "deny"? (I think it's more like men "avoiding the topic" that's a bigger problem I think.) Men "deny" either for the benefit of not hurting you (like telling a white lie), or they are simply telling the truth.

The same reason why women deny and men complain. People (HUMAN BEINGS) deny things because it's the easy way out, it isn't based on whether your a woman or a man...clearly.

It's unfair to say that women cry because they feel, while men deny because they think. Logically speaking, denial means refusal of facing up to facts, which means they want to avoid thinking beyond their comfort zone. So my answer is:

Women feel bad and men feel scared.

women are emotional, men need to be manly. Women are delicate because they bear children, men are tough because they watch football.
