Visit nokia.co.uk they offer the facility of sending you the correct setting direct to your phone.
You don't need to sign up or anything.
I've got the N73, and always visit nokia to download settings or upgrades. They can even send you the settings so you can access an online email account.

Ok I have the same phone (in pink!).
Go into Menu, Messaging, then scroll down to Message Settings.
Go into Multimedia Msgs. Go into Configuration settings.
When you get into there you have options for what network you are on, you need to make sure this is on the correct network.
If you want more info, pse feel free to message me via answers.

Does this happen for all mms'? if no, then it means d file been sent onto ur phone isn't supported by ur phone or is too large (mms have a limit to d amount of kilobytes u can send thru it.).
if yes (to my question), then i think u'll have to re-configure ur mms settings (only ur mms settings, leave d GPRS, unless they come together on ur network). cheers and goodluck.
