He is so in love with you but you seem never to be... - Hes too shy/afraid of you. Make sure you make a better atmosphere for him, always call him, text him alot. I think that type is a type that wants the other party to make the first move.
Try it gal I think it will work, just remember he is head-over-kneels in love with you. Hes your guy, hes your guy...

Maybe he is not as comfortable with you as he is with your room mates, there are some factors to consider...has he been friends with your room mates for a while, if he met you all at once, etc. Maybe he is just tryin to get up some courage to talk to you. Give it some time. Guys show their true colors eventually.

when a guy really wants something, he goes after it. give him time but not too much rope, you're way too young and hot to wait around for one guy to make up his mind.
why dont you try casually flirting with his friends for a change?!

eih he's obviously playing around..flirting around..if everytime you're together he flirts with you and calls you room mates after...maybe he's actually wants to ask you a favor...could you be their bridge or maybe it's like a try out...whoever give up her feeeling he's gonna bite it...beware!
