To protect myself or a loved one I would fight to the death. Otherwise I'm a very non-violent person.

I don't know about our primitive nature, but I think that just about any human being could kill if the need arose.
For example, if their children were endangered and the only way to save them was to kill the person endangering them. You bet I would at least TRY to save the kids.
But that still doesn't make it right to take a person's life.

Depends on what you are killing.
As far as killing a human, I hope and pray I never have to find out if I can or will do such a thing.
Depends on the circumstances also, like you said.

I would kill to protect my children in a second. I can't think of any other situation in which I would kill another human, but who knows? I hope to never ever find out.

Yes, in self defense or to protect a loved one. If someone were to be endangering one of my children, I think I could kill them without batting an eye if I absolutely had to.

as far as i concern, killing is not the right way to answer all your problems even it is hard for you to accept that.and cording to the bible, god did not kill anyone instead,he did not condemned them and still he help them to refused the evil spirit.on the other hand, human has no right to kill somebody whatever the circumstances are.

the Amish seem to be the only ones able to turn the other cheek consistantly----but i do believe that MOST have a trigger that could provoke them to kill-I know I do.
