how can i transfer my java applications to a branded sagem my401x via bluetooth?

I've got a ES-388 bluetooth dongle and i'm trying to transfer the java applications i've created to my mobile phone. It seems that the file transfer service is blocked for java applications since i can transfer multimedia files and syncronize the contacts.
