ok take it to a pro at a dealer and have it looked over and get it written down on paper just what you found if the dealer won't exchange cars tell them sorry that you feel that way so you will be hearing from my lawyer and call your state bar association and ask for a lawyer that handles auto problems when you call the bar in oregon you get your first visit free when you tell them the bar sent you to them . if you have new carpet and or seats and new stuff under the hood it could be a flood car have one wheel pulled off and see if it is rusty. open the door and look inside the fender well for crap sand mud etc. good luck but don't take any crap from them take a tape recorder with you . and ask for the owner of the dealer ship . if any thing looks to new for the age time to worry and get a lawyer they will crap there pants when a lawyer sayes he is going to sue them for froud

not all floods or wreks get registered in the vehicle's history... ex: if you damage your car, you can fix it, and the incident will not enter your car's paper history.
the dealer does not make it a clean title just because they say so, they dont have the power to do so once a car entered the system otherwise.
good luck

caveat emptor applies. I dont speak latin butthat is like let the buyer be warned that I am makeing a profit and you are loseing money. or somethin.
There are many types of wrecks or accidents or incedents or non incedents,,,,lawyers hav a field day writeing that junk, basically you bought it, now it is yours. You might could sue them, I dunno, I am not an attorney so I cannot give legal advice like that.

most dealerships have a 30-day return,if they have any rep. at all.
Even if they don't,it would be in their best interest to do right by you. They need to remember that you,the 'customer' is their "real" boss!
