My fav is spanish Manchengo on crackers, but i love a nice strong cheedar on a baked potato or on toast. I also love Mozarella if its in chunks and then wrapped in breadcrumbs and cooked as the mozarella melts and goes all stringy mmmmmmm. x

I looooove smoked Gouda, plain or on crackers. Another favorite is Brie ... with fruit and crackers. And considering how much I love cheese, I should probably get my butt out of this chair!

I like the Gouda with fresh fruit and wheat thins, maybe a nice apple dipped in lemon juice or some seedless grapes...I also love spinach dip with the gouda and fruit, but I am avoiding spinach for obvious reasons lately. (Making me hungry now!)

i would say Gouda cause its the only cheese i know apart from jack and cheddar.
