Any on-line forums for writers?

Would like to post my work up for others to critique.

Gosh, yes. Baen Books runs one and there are four others that I know of (but haven't joined). Be aware, though, that you will be expected to critique the works of others in return -- some lists ask 2-for-1 minimum.

Google for "on-line writers' groups" to get addresses.
