I have a feeling you should be asking this question to your parents, and not random strangers. Or perhaps take sexual education in school.

If you do a search on "fetal development" you will find sites that show how big a fetus is at certain stages in the pregnancy and what it looks like.

Other than that, what goes on in the uterus is that the fertilized egg implants, a bunch of cells divide really quickly until the clump of cells turns into an embryo. After the embryo gets bigger it is called a fetus. The fetus grows in the amniotic sac and is surrounded by amniotic fluid. The placenta feeds the fetus through the umbilical cord. That's pretty much it. Again, a search for something like "fetal development" or "pregnancy stages" will give you more complete information.
