It is really hard to rate these singers as they r great in every way & have unique style but i will try .
1st Rafi,mukesh,kishore.
2nd Hemant & mahender.
3rd talat,mannadaey
4th sonu nigam
5th kumar sanu
6th amit kumar

No1:Kishoreda,No 2: Kishoreda,No 3:Kishoreda,No 4:Mohd Rafi,No 5:Mukesh,No 6:Talat Mahmood,No:7:Mahendra Kapoor,No 8:Hemantda,No 9: Manney Dey,....the rest are insignificant!!!

Boss I do believe in that Every singer has his own quality & lavel but when we talk about the rating,it is very difficult to find out the No. 1 singer.
In my opinion, Rafi had sang all kinds of songs ever made like No. 1 Classical Bhajan "man tarpat hari darshan" and "O duniya ke rakhwale"(Based on raga darbari) and so many Patriots songs or melody ,sad ,sentimental , duets,quawalisasnd so many others
Rafi had a quality to sang songs for every kind of Actors like thier own voices.Be noted them as per my rating.

u just can't rate them, they were and are the best, rafi--luv,dancing, sad songs., mukesh-sad songs., hemant kumar., talad mehmood., mahendra kapoor., mannadey., were good too sonu nigam is better than kumar sanu. I hate kumar sanu for the bad relationship tht he had .
