The past few years it has been easy for me to buy many things over the internet, because it is more practical. I have ended up buying my husband's ties and my dog's house from the US, although I live in Greece! Because greek shops are not so much on the internet. What about you?

Yes. I am in the US. I buy most products online. I buy a lot of books via amazon, eBay, addall, allibris, etc. I buy computer hardware from tigerdirect.com. and a few other sites.
FYI, in some parts of the world, the Internet has put local businesses out of business. When I was traveling in the US Virgin Island, I found that there was no real bookstore in St. Thomas or St. Croix (the local pharmacy sold a variety of christian paperbacks). When I asked, I was told that everyone on the island ordered books from amazon because of the better and more complete selection. This put the local bookstore out of business.

Yes, I shop all the time. I live in a really small town in NM and getting things here we have to wait and then they cost so much because they can't buy the stuff in bulk, so I shop the internet and get much better deals, save gas and time standing in line.
I get things done faster also and I don't spend as much money because I don't see the bargain areas.

I buy almost everything on line, from food to clothes to parts for the lawn mower to spare batteries. I have been doing this for many years and love the convenience of being home and not having to fight long lines at the stores, not to mention the use of gas at the prices they have been for the last couple of years. It has been a life saver. I live in Texas, USA

Even order delivery pizza online and have groceries, and food delivered when Im real lazy
