All multicelled organisms are either plants or animals. Single-cell organisms have some characteristics of plants and some characteristics of animals. Life without "other" animals (other than human) still allows us to have bacteria, which are necessary for human digestion of food.
The greatest impact on humans of the absence of other animals is that we would have no meat except one another. It is naturally impossible to know how we would have evolved in the absence of meat animals, whether we would have evolved as meat-loving cannibals or as herbivores.
For almost all of human history, humans have depended on big and strong animals for work. All that would be gone in the absence of other animals. Since the earliest work animals were used for agriculture, we can assume that agriculture would have developed quite differently, or not at all. Without agriculture, we would still be living in caves and the human population would be much smaller, perhaps a few hundred thousand worldwide.
Early in human history, animals were used for war, mainly horses and elephants. In the absence of such animals, human capacity for war would be greatly reduced, and we would be limited to small-scale hand fighting.
Animals were used for transportation ...

Eh.....without other animals than.....?????
If you're asking if i can imagine life without animals, my answer would be : "No, I can't". (well, a better answer would be : NO, I won't!)
Almost every animal on this earth has a purpose, here are just a few examples :
-There are the animals we breed to eventually end up as a food-source for us.
-Wildlife keeps the eco-system intact (hard thing for them to do, since we humans are very good at destroying it, in many ways!!)
-Pets help us learn to take care of a living creature, and in return they teach us what "true love" is (NO pun intended) and thus help us relax.
Of course there are many more reasons why we just need to have animals in this world, but since I believe you should do your homework yourself, I leave it up to you to come up with those reasons.
Good luck.

Do you actually want us to answer this question using 1000 words? Or is it under 1000 words that you want? I don't think you are going to get any answers anywehre near that long. What information specifically do you need?

A void - -- since all living organizisms can be called animals including human kind - - - you are speaking abouta place as hostile & uninhabitable as the surface of the Moon. Assuming you mean Humans are excluded from the equation; people would be vegeatarians, and they would be awfully lonely without dogs & cats to brighten their lives.
Peace
