your parents have a block on your computer. either learn the password and uninstall it, or talk to them about what sites are OK, and what sites are bad....
But there is some filtering software on your computer

Are you at work? Just give up trying. That site has something on it that's setting off the filter. Or just call the administrator and ask why it's blocked.
Of course you could always use proxies. But I'm not gonna tell you how to do that.

You are on a network where they have blocking for porn or other images as well as keywords.
Check the url you are using. www.mynewpussycat.com will block because of pussy.
Try a few and you'll see how they are blocked.
