i don't agree with u on this. there maybe a few exceptions but then u cannot generalise like this. we find similar tourists in india too from other countries.
its basically a person being on his/her guard in a new or strange country. the apprehension of being taken for a ride where fares are concerned would put a person n guard thats all. its definitely not for seeking attention.
its sad that u have such an impression & i am hoping that your opinion does change soon.

Why you never seen any other people who belong to other than indian nationality behave rude-loud with cabbies, waiters, shopkeeper ina foreign country ?

Behaving rudely or talking loudly is an universal thing which some human beings do-whereever they are from. And before we pass an opinion or observation it has to be well researched and statistically analysed. Often some people have a subjective bias which makes them pass on their micro level perceptions as macro level conceptualizations which is an unreliable method of analysis and finding the truth. Opinions are fine but facts are important too.There are good people who are courteous and there are bad people who are mean, all over this planet. That is the reality.

I dont know but I recently spent 2weeks in thailand with an indian friend and was horrified at how arrogant and rude he was to service staff etc, never once heard him say please ot thankyou,
