The fabric on my new sofa cushions...?

...is too loose. When I purchased it the fabric was nice and tight, but soon after it loosened up and I prefer more of a tailored look. How can I get it to shrink up?

wash them in the washer or steam clean them, they should shrink some.

After a wash, dip the sofa cushions in a mild starch solution, and dry in the sun.
