i have a samsung D500 allof a sudden the screens went white can phone out & in but nothing on screen but white

before it happened my phone crashed, i turned it off, when i put it back on the screen was white

Sounds like the ribbon between the phone and the screen has broken,they split with repeated opening and closing. Fraid its a repair shop for you!!!!!

This is a common problem with the Samsung phones - it happened to mine. It can be repaired though if you have a sitable place nearby.

You probably downloaded some program that had a virus, which caused your lcd to go blank.
