Walk tall and casual, don't slouch.
Turn your head off to the right and give a slight smile.( most people's best side is the right).
Speak a bit slower, and slightly soften the tone of your voice.
( and for a 4th suggestion: raise your eyebrows just a bit, while talking to someone, it shows interest and a a little class).
