Any of the followings -
1. Remove him/her from my house
2. Strict control on her to access even see my belongings
3. I also start assuming her things as mine.

Get a suitcase to put under your bed and make sure it has a lock on it. Only leave out rubbish things (especially clothes) and she'll soon get fed up! You could always suggest going shopping together and pointing out things that you think she'd like, mention that she seems to like your similar item so why not get her own.

put your name on everything that is yours.
Then have a talk about how you aren't into sharing things.
Make up a rental agreement with issues the both of you agree on things, then both sign and have two copies.

write your name on basically, everything you own, then when she assumes its hers, then tell her and show her your name

sit down and discuss the problem..... set rules and boundries...... on paper !!!!!!!!! make NO exceptions........ she has to ask first and so does everyone else..... make the meeting mandatory............. God bless
