If an ex-spouse owes you maintenance and is overseas, would it be the responsibility of the appropriate statutory board (or courts) to reveal the ex-spouse's whereabouts in the foreign country, for purpose of tracking him/her down? Who has the answer to this question?

P.S. Forget about asking to hire pte investigators. :)

The thing is, even lawyers do not know where the missing ex-spouse is. So why would one need a lawyer? I just wanted to see what answers I would get. Thanks for answering - you did give a logical answer to a question many dared not answer. You're intelligent! :)
