Hopefully because their not crazy, because they don't support terrorist, sell arms to terrorist, counterfeit our money and they don't test missiles and nukes to blackmail other countries into giving them things.

No,
What they are doing is not what they want to do.
They are only trying to be politically correct with the US,
Cause now, these days, If Bush as much as sneezes, India's Stock exchange may crash.
No One has the right to say who should have or not have nuclear technology,
Korea (N) is as much a soveriegn country as the US or China, and they alone should decide whats right and nessasary for them,
after all the only country who can actually have utter disregard for human values, and is most trigger happy, and also is the only one to have used such a bomb is the United states and they have proved it by bombing Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

If at all anyone should be Banned from producing nuclear weapons, its the US of A and not Korea or Iran.

List Of US terrorism
Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, (cities with civilian population) 3,80,000 men women and children killed. using atomic bomb.

Veitnaam.
A war that costed very dearly in human lives and the country's economy, 4,50,000 Veitnamese civilians killed.

Afgahanistaan.
1,18,000.00 Civilians, Cluster bombs, Missiles, Cave busters, chemical and Biological weapons used. everything from wedding parties to funeral processions bombed. The whole city of kabul and a civilization wiped out.

Iraq,
It wasnt thier war, it had nothing to do with the US
Kuwait and Iraq had a disputed area, There was no kuwait earlier, it was only Iraq.
Ther dispute was amicably settled by the Arab League.
Enter the US.
Kuwait backtracked,
Saddam was given a tactical approval by the US for an invasion thru Egypt.
The kuwati Emir and his entire Entrouge were made to flee overnight to Saudi Arabia.
Iraaq invaded Q8, The stage was set.
Then the fear of Saddam Taking over Mecca was brought into play, Saudi was forced to give the US an air base, GBsenior was the key player. Hosni Mubarak was the no 2 in starting the war.

Saddam was a stupid fool,
he did not see that the uS wanted a war, Not peace.
he let the foriegners free, before the war,
The berlin wall was down, there was no USSR, the US base in the phillipines was wound up, The US of A needed to employ its troops, needed arms sales, so here was the stage set.

Planes, old and obsolete armoury , tanks, guns, everything was sold to the Middle eastern region.

The key element was to creat the fear, which was done,
The war was looming large, larger was the fear in the middle east and the west of What Saddam could do,

This leadership would be sealed the world, the US being the world police.
The war was left unfinished, saddam was purposly left intact,
then came the constant Saddam fear, created, and well manipulated.
Later comes the actual regime change action, cause that would now give US companies work, US govt. the oil revenues, No international consensus, but WMDs are now brought into play, they are hyped and made the sole reason.

The Al Qaeda link, was created,
Now as you can see, No WMDs were found, Regime change has led to the Bloodiest Civil War, nearly 6,78,000 people have been killed so far, All sorts of Bombs have been tried and tested here,

We have brought in a new world order, The US is the Father of all nations, UK is our surrogate mother,

Idia now is an Infant in the US scheme of things, India is being studied and cultured well,

India should and will Condemn north Korea.

None of the Nuke powers are obeying the NPT. But shamelkessly when it comes to other nations pursuing nuclear technology they have big mouths. If there's a law it should be the same for everyone to obey. A new nuclear race has already started throughout Asia thanks to stupid policies of US, EU and zionist gang. India used to be a colony of the British and somehow was forced into pursuing nukes due to constant threat posed by warmongers. Therefore, the outsiders are actually the real problem in Asia. Specially US with a bad reputation in Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan, Iraq and in a short time there'll be no country that hasn't been in war with the brainless Yankees and their evil presidents.

No, why should they be? Technologically, India is far ahead of most of the countries in Asia-Japan S.Korea and Taiwan (and China in some fields) are the exceptions. And the technology is mostly our own.

As far as the right is concerned, you seem to be from a country tht is run by dictators from your Q's so you really are not qualified to speak about the rights of other nations. India has the right to safeguard herself, and speak out openly if the triger rests in the hands of a madman.

The difference in India having nukes is that India is a responsible nuclear weapons state with systems far advanced than even the US as far as pressing the nuclear button is concerned-this has been acknowledged by the US military experts too. The difference is that India is a democracy and the right to launch nuclear weapons lies with the democratically elected leader of the nation, not some mad military dictator like the ones in next door Pakistan (which clandestinely sold the technology to N Korea and are responsible for the spread of nuclear weapons capabilities to another unstable section of the world-the Muslim one) or the crazy guy who has a huge statue in his honor in N Korea.

Manmohan Singh said India did not want emergence of another nuclear weapon state as this was not "in our interest".

In an obvious reference to Pakistan, Singh said India's own security had suffered because of "clandestine proliferation emanating from our neighbourhood".

He pointed out that New Delhi had expressed its concern over the North Korean nuclear test because "we do not want further erosion of non-proliferation system".

India, he said, had supported the six-party talks aimed at persuading North Korea not to go ahead with the weaponisation

What guaranty are U taking that N Korea will not sell its weapon to others.(Including terrorist) India has shown a very Mature attitude in dealing with Nukes. Even USA which earlier sanctioned India, now wants a Strategic Partnership in Nuke matter.
India is definitely not jealous of anyone. It has opposed Iran too.
Future will tell what NKorea has done is right for World or not.
