Dear Sonu,
Nature has its own way of telling every living thing when the time has come that it can enter the category of becoming a pro creator. In the case of girls, depending on circumstances, nutrition, and environment Nature gives the girl this message, "You are now capable of becoming a Mother Physically." Your period is not something to be scared of or disgusted about. Unfortunately there is too much stigma associated with the period and that tends top make a girl afraid or ashamed.
On the Contrary something very sacred has taken place within you. You have been handed down the mantle of a Creator. This is a time for you to be proud. You have been tried, Tested, and found absolutely fit.
The blood flow and the pain are only symbols and signs of what is to come. A monthly reminder that with your capacity to procreate you should be careful and protect yourself.
Bless You and the Gift you have been given.

Go ask an adult care giver. It's something only girls get. I got mine at 12. it's the loss of 2 teaspoons of blood over 7 days or less. every 28 days (also known as every month). This is the bodies way of telling a girl that the body WAS ready for a baby to be conceived. If you are a boy, then you have no worries, in and of itself. Just don't have sex until you don't have to ask questions.

*sigh* It starts when a girl is about 12 or 13. For around five days a month, she bleeds from her vagina. She must wear a pad or tampon to soak this up. A pad is simply put on the underwear. A tampon is inserted inside the body. Girls also get cramps, which are stomach pains for a while before. This happens throughout the girls life until she is around 50, when menopause sets in.

In the age of13-14 years girls have to face menstrual periods for 3 to 5 days in a month. Actually this blood comes out for the child. but in the remaining time except pregnancy period, this blood goes waste.

every month a girl bleeds out of her vagina for at least a week. Sometimes the girl may act very moody and or b**chy, sometimes she may even have cramps and have cravings for food mostly sweets. This cycle doesnt stop until the girl is at least 50 years old.
