Probably the best place now might be e-Bay. But you'll have to make sure it comes with the "key code" and is in unopened package. These programs are no longer supported by Microsoft.

win 98 is still avilable in some shops and will be aviable till 2007 . win 95 is officially phased out but is still being sold. if u tell me the country u live in i can sujjest some dealers
