I'm planning to study at USA. However, I don't know how much money I will be spending on American Universities.

It depends.

Public universities do not offer financial aid to international students so while they're cheaper in real dollars, they may be harder to reach.

Private schools are more expensive, but no, they do NOT tend to have different tuition costs for domestic vs international students. Moreover, they can offer financial aid (grants, loans).

Private religious schools tend to be less expensive (although this is not always the case).

To give you specific figures, at top private schools (college & universities) the cost can be as high as $35,000/year.

It depends upon the university. There are private and public universities. With private being more expensive. They also might charge foreign students more for tuition. Public universities often charge students who live out of the state ( in which the university is located in) more for tuition. So, this might be the case for foreign students, too.
