Why do you think he gives stupid answers to questions, is it just to gain points because he dosn't have a life ?

Some of us find the "game" of yahoo points engages us. But only "best answers" score big points, so I don't see the point(s) of stupid answers. There must, I would imagine, be some other delight for that person...... perhaps it's a desire to appear stupid? The mind can say to oneself things like "I can't 'win' by being clever (or knowledgeable, or helpful, or any other obviously desirable quality), so I'll try to 'win' by looking as stupid as possible, that's a game I've got a chance of winning". It helps that person to feel good about themself, in a roundabout way.

Does he do it just to your answers or everyones?
If it is the latter it is for attention, the first is to wind you up. If it is abusive, report him.
