Just a question do you have kids? Is she a housewife? usually this is triggered by the fact that she just does not have any respect for you! She thinks she is in charge, like you are her child! I have had first hand experience! Or she just may not be attracted to you anymore... the spark is gone! But she feels like she has to stay with you for the kids or money because she does not make any herself! Don't put up with it! Don't hit her don't scream or yell it'll just make things worse! But tell her it hurts your feelings and if it doesn't stop you are going to start seeing other people! I think they'll make her stop and think about what life would be like without you! As for the sex problem! Try to be more romantic make her (or take her to) a really nice dinner! Bring her roses randomly for no reason at all tell her you love her A LOT! Tell her how beautiful she is tell her how important she is to you! For example if shes a housewife compliment her dinners she makes how beautiful the house looks! Or if she works compliment her on how hard she works! Be spontaneous! Trust unless nothing is left it will bring her back to the girl you met! You always can try marriage counseling too! I hope this helps! Good Luck!! Remember compliment compliment compliment!

You obviously know there's a problem, since you answer yourself along the way. Could it be that she isn't aware of her negative behavior because it's her natural state? Or, if she's not into direct confrontation, she may want out but doesn't want to tell you . . . easier to just let you walk away when you've had enough. Then it's your idea and you become the bad guy instead of her.
Whatever it is, you need to examine your relationship closely and decide whether you both want it. Life is short . . . stop wasting your energy on someone that obviously doesn't love you back. Actions speak louder than words, as they say!

My wife did this to me only once.
Like any normal couple were were having an argument about some stupid sh!t. Later that day a friend of mine came by. As we talked, my wife started bad mouthing me. I held my tongue throughout and I could tell that my friend was uncomfortable the entire time. Once he departed, I lit into her full force. Goddamn was I pissed! I let her know -flat out- that this was the first and last time that she would EVER do that to me. Told her that I would be out the door if it happened again, and I still mean it to this very day. Dis Homey don't play dat. (haven't had a problem since, and that's been over 11 yrs ago)
When she starts up her crap, "NIP IT IN THE BUD!" A lot of women will treat you like crap because they precieve you as weak and others are like children. They will get away with what you let them. Think about it.

Your wife probably has low self esteem and she treats you badly to raise herself up. This is a lousy way to be in a marriage. No, this is not the way marriage is meant to be. Yes, she should have respect for you. My husband was treated this way by his ex-wife. They stayed married for 30 years. Tell her that this is hurting you alot to have her tell others bad things in public. Give her a chance to change, but she has to want to change. You can not change her. I truely am sorry that you are being treated badly this way.
My husbands ex-wife is now being put done by her new husband like she used to treat her ex. She has gotten her just reward! Now she realizes how badly she treated her ex, but she had her chance to change but she blow it. My husband just shut down after being treated so badly that he didn't even talk to her for days. Try to communicate as much as you can with your wife as communication is very important. I hope you can do this. Do not shut down. Seek help from a counselor and fortify your marriage if you can. I wish you the best.

Good grief... my heart truly goes out to you! I really don't think I want to know more, but I suggest you find someone to get help settling this. I suspect from the sound of it, she would not seek help, but YOU have to to find some way not to be hurt by her. She sounds any or all of dangerous, manipulative and cruel.
Do you have family, church or friends whose judgement you trust.
If not some kind of professional help may be necessary... a doctor, family services, etc... You HAVE to talk about this to more than the faceless at YaHoo...
God bless, I pray you and your wife can mend this....

Sounds like she doesn't respect you. Stand up for yourself and tell how it's going to be or your done with her. Once a woman loses respect for you it's all over. Good luck.

sounds like the fire burnt out, you should tell her you really want to talk because you love her and want things to last but your not happy with the way things have been. and if she wont talk to you tell her you dont want to be in that kind of situation, if she doesnt care you shouldnt either and leave. good luck.

I think you're full of it. But, on the off-chance that you're not lying, I would say to get to a counselor or get out altogether.
