I once cheated on a math test by looking at the answer the guy next to me had. This was standard 2. The question was 7x5 and he answered 53. I copied the wrong answer.
But I have an even better story for you....
The University of Stellenbosch had an "Inheemse Reg" Course way back in 1992 and I did the course. The department wasn't affiliated with the law department and had different rules. They had the policy that if you were caught cheating, you need to take a re-test a couple of hours later.
I took all my books into the test hall in order to get caught cheating. This way I could get some more studying done for the re-test. To my surprise everybody had their books there. It was an open book test!!!! You needed to have your books there in order to take the test. Mind you, I didn't attend a lot of classes back then. That's why I didn't know.

I once tried to cheat. My friend had a connection who sold him all the answers for the K53 learners tests (for driving) I copied it down unto a small piece of paper, but got scared when I got to the class and didn't use it.
I failed my motorcycle learners, and needless to say, I wish I had used it.
All that money, and then I failed the test.

I can proudly say that I never cheated on any test I ever took! Ha... through 12 years of school and 3 years of varsity!

Never cheated, in all the time I was studying - didn't have the best marks but passed and so now I am proud to say I did it all myself.
Cheating is a hollow victory!

Well, I'm still in school!! I did it a few times in Grd1 and then in Grd3...you know, when you have those chairbags...so I used my calculator when we weren't supposed to!! And then agian in Grd4...also on a maths test. I looked at the guy's paper next to me!!

At Stellenbosch back in my days:
A guy was caught listening to his walkman during the exam.
So the old farts in charge had to sit and listen through 120 min of very heavy rock to see if he cheated.
The guy said it helped him relax.
Never heard what happened to him..........
