Just missed one. The next one is the morning of November 5 for the western hemisphere, the afternoon of November 5 for Europe, late in the evening of November 5 for east Asia, and for some islands in the Pacific near the date line, 1AM on November 6.

For observers in the western hemisphere and Europe, the moon will be below the horizon at the moment of fullness. The best that such observers can do is look at the moon at night on November 4 (before it is full) or November 5 (after it is full).

Melbourne is a great place to observe November's full moon. It will be high in the sky late in the evening.

Don't you hate it when an idiot like HelpMeFixMyPC gives an answer without any idea what he's talking about? The wrongness of the answer should be clear to anyone who goes outside at night and looks at the moon.

Complete full moon depends on your location. Easiest way to find out check weather site or contact you local airport weather station who will give exact date, time of rise & fall of it
