Absolutely. Getting pregnant is based upon ovulation, not menstration which are two different processes. Someone can ovulate (release an egg) and not menstrate or vice versa. If you are having sex you can get pregnant an if you are having unprotected sex you are at a high risk of pregnancy. Take a pregnancy test to be sure!

Yes, some women do ovulate without bleeding. It's uncommon though but, can happen in the case of malnutrition and other times. Also, if this is a young girl that we are talking about it's even more possible since you do ovulate before your first period and if you have unprotected sex near the time of ovulation or while you are ovulating, you can get pregnant.
