So what would you guys / girls do if you have one of theeeeeeeee most erritating @ss hole at work?

Someone who alway have shitty things to say about other.
Someone who never gives you a chance to speak.

Do you just ignore them or do you just pretend they not there?

Those are truly the WORST kind! Well, you can't just ignore them...that doesn't work! How can you IGNORE Loud AND abnoxious?! You don't! And pretending is a "nice idea" and all...but let's face reality here...besides, you can only pretend for so long before the inevitable happens........First off and foremost, I myself would be a praying, girl! Prayin that God give me GRACE to have to deal with this varmint every day! Ya know? Then I'd avoid him like the plague until I absolutely positively had no other option..so, I'd keep our actual "contact" time to the barest minimal....Good luck, I feel ya...............

Well if you can't pull this individual aside and confront them about their behavior, then I suggest you to do both, for it may be best to disassociate yourself from that type of negative individual, usually people like that are not too keen on themselves and it's sort of a defense mechanism to act that way out of a lack of self esteem.

I'd just make them feel like they were talking to
themselves. if they say something shitty you say something nice about that same person. if all else fails you need to tell this person some of the things he / she is doing!

You didnt even give yourself an option other than to ignore them. If you are mature enough to handle it like a responsible adult (if you are an adult) then talk to them. Stand up for yourself without acting like they do.

Usually, I ignore them, and if they over talk me, I just very quietly exit and when I come back, I'll ask if they've finished their lasted tirade...

Like someone sick, not even worth to look on, and lessen at all.
Like a stinky air to avoid.

I would have another job in line. Then I would confront him and it is quite possible depending on his/her answer that I may punch them in the mouth.
