Really, it varies from minute to minute but here's a sampling:
I procrastinate
I have lousy housekeeping skills
My weight
I'm too shy
Not assertive enough
Not doing anything with my degree
Should have a better job
Need to make more money
Nag my husband
can't parallel park
I'd go on, but I'm getting depressed.

Yes, I am my own worst critic. I criticize the way I do things in general. I sometimes do not think that what I do is always good enough. I feel the need to go even farther.

Relating to other people in a way which insures that no one will get too close. Humor, sarcasm... I often wonder why I don't just relax and be nice. I'm really a very nice person.
