yes you can. she is a minor and you are an adult legally. but if it was consensual sex then...its up to her parents either way whethere there are going to be charges pressed or not.

If her parents are SMART you will be getting in trouble with the law, it's called Statutory Rape and you can go to jail even if the sex was consentual on her part. Since you are over 18 you are considered an adult, and SHE is still consider a minor since she is not 18. As for the rest of your question, you will have to finish it in order to get an answer.

Under 16 usually the person can not consent to sex, however no state wants to break up a family unit if you are both doing what you are supposed to do for the baby.

It depends, are you in Canada? If not, I'm sorry. American laws regarding teenage sex are idiotic. Maybe if you've got money and a good lawyer you can do something to change those laws.

how old were when you and your girlfriend had personal relations? if you were not 18 years old then, you are ok legally....if you were 19 when you had realtions, yes you are in trouble if your girlfriends parents want to push it.... tell your parents so they can help you with this problem and they can be prepared to help you.....

if she got pregnant before you turned 18 then i wouldnt worry about it. but try to get to know her parents and show them that you are a reliable man that is going to be there physically and financially and they might not want to press charges.
