I've done both hard physical labor and physically easy jobs that are mentally or emotionally demanding and find that a physical job is much less draining. This may sound weird but it's a good kind of tired that you feel after a day of hard physical labor. Somehow its a satisfying feeling. With mentally draining jobs you tend just to feel mentally AND physically worn-out at the end of the day.

Social fatigue in the industries like Fashion or servicing high society's prima donas are the worst as the rules are effectively customised around the individual customer as opposed to generally applied etiquette in a work place.

Additionally, there is a lot more backstabbing in pooly run full service industries like hotels in which everyone is keeping an eye on the other to make sure that the person is not the unwitting victim of blame attribution.

Mental fatigue places stress on the mind and a body which is unable to express that frustration. Hence the common cases of high blood pressure and associative disorders of high cholesterol from increased diet as the mind needs sugars to work.

Physical fatigue gets rid of toxins like lactic in the body and is usually the least demanding if proper food and rest are provided.
