ZuluPad is exactly what I have been looking for but I want to be able to upload it to a web server and store the info in MYSQL
"I have already downloaded a few Wiki's, but I don't have time to be playing around with them right now to figure out what's going on, ZuluPad is nice and simple" If not, I think the code is on the Sourceforge website, can anyone get me started?

I'm not sure what to advise you here. You seem to want to have your cake and eat it too. On one hand you want a simple personal wiki, and on the other you want a php/mysql server based wiki. There are quite a few out there. The choice of wiki software is often driven by the type of things you want to do -- are you a developer? student? historian? There are different wikis that have features for each.

Seems there are two ways to go: either install a server based wiki (see great wikipedia article below) that matches your application, or, use zulu pad's zulu sync server.

If you do go with a php/mysql server based wiki, coWiki, or wikiPedia are both good bets, although be sure to read through the descriptions of some of the other ones, to see if there's one that seems especially tailored to your area of interest.
