I'd get a job teaching first, then pursue your Master's part-time. Most schools (if you're talking about elementary or high schools) prefer to higher teachers with a Bachelor's degree because the starting pay is often $4,000-$10,000/year less. Why pay someone with a Master's $4,000 more to do the exact same job as someone with a Bachelor's degree?

Yes, one need a degree to be a successful teacher need not be a masters but a bachelors' is ok. They teach you how to express yourself and make the point clear to the children. You need not only a theory, but also many visual aids to help the children learn quicker and that helps them to understand the concept.
So the idea of how to teach is essential before you take up teaching as a career.

Hate to be negative but ...
So many people find that they don't really want to teach once they are in the classroom; you might want to try it out before you do 2+ more years. That way, if you change your mind, your next degree can boost you into a second or related career. If you decide to stay, they your classes count toward recertification and will earn you a better paycheck once you finish.

It's much better to get a master's degree after you've done some teaching. That way, you'll be able to relate your classroom experiences to your post-graduate studies

You can become a teacher after you receive your bachelors degree. So I would work as a teacher while earning my masters.

I would encourage you to get your Master's ....
Teaching in private schools with higher standards in public you really get to use your Masters..
Teaching in public schools you deal with some administrators who don't even have Masters..
And if you can work in classroom before you will really find if you want to teach or be an administrator. I wish you luck.
