I think that the U.S. has the highest percentage of dial up users among peer nations with internet access. This is a big country with lots of rural places that dsl is not available yet.

Hi,

Not only you ... there is many ppl in others country using "Dial UP".

for example in my country Indonesia. We are just change to DSL around 8 month before. But there is still many customer in here using Dial Up.

So, no need to feel alone.
