I would have to go with 10:30pm...but then again it all depends on your lifestyle that you live......Meaning Kids, what time is their school start, your type of job and what time your job starts and so on....Just always make sure you take time out for yourself and go to bed early enough where you are not dragging your you know what around all day lol...Take care!
