Same way people like Teddy Kennedy of Mass get elected. Big difference is that Foley resigned (or would have been kicked out) whereas Kennedy is still serving the fine people of Mass.

Like many other Republicans, he was good at getting elected, and promoting an image of good wholesome American values. But like many Republicans, underneath he was hiding a secret agenda.
Most Republicans secret agenda is simple. Hold on and protect the money and wealth that they've accumulated... It's pretty simple an pretty old...

Do you want his life story or something? He was a Representative and now he's not..... life goes on and will continue and I'm sure there will be more problems with other politicians until the end of time.... not to mention he was a Republican
