Yes, but depends on the type of skirt. Avoid a longer skirt, can actually make you look out of balance and thick and short in the leg area because the shoe is a bit chunkier. Would be way cute with a shorter skirt, maybe a bit more fitted. Have fun with it, that is the key!!

totally! if you want the 70's collegate look, get a turtleneck sweater and a denim skirt with some shearling lined mule, clogs...brown would be best.

Off course they can. Just make sure it's a casual skirt. Use your natural born sense of fashion.

I'm a boy and imho they look a bit better in skirts, unlike closed or secured heels, that can be very fascinating in jeans too.

yes u can. u can wear mules, if it is backless slipper kinda thing, with long tight skirts, prerably of floral chiffon prints with uneven long edges. with this u can wear sleeveless body hugging one colored feminine tops.
