I have a cd burner on my computer but my media player says it has encountered an unknown problem...And it won't let me burn any cd's has anyone had this problem and how do i fix it? Please Help!!

I have encountered this same problem.You will need to uninstall and reinstall...
go to
start>control pannel>add or remove programs>click the button on the right labled add/remove windows components>uncheck the box for w.m.p.>click next uninstall should take a couple minutes...
Then, you will follow that same sequence only put the check mark back in the w.m.p. box.

download realplayer and try using the cd burner

your computer just may not be able to write cd's. It could also be that you havent installed certain programs required to do it.

uninstall it n then install it again
