I would wonder if they were trying to tell me something about themselves but are too chicken to say it. OR, I would wonder what it is about me that makes them think I'm gay and why they are so obsessed with it.

That they are not a friend you want to have.
To be criticized for what or how you say things is wrong.
To be told that you are something because of what or how you say things is insulting and crude, and is not to be tolerated.
