i want to use my computer without connecting to internet with a headset and microphone like telephone ,

Skype is a good one. Someone had the link to download it. Make sure you have speakers and a microphone!
The downside to skype is the other people you want to talk to through the computer must also have a skype account. If you want to use skype to call someone's cell phone number or a house number, I believe that costs money.
You can also try DialPad. http://www.dialpad.com/
So it also depends whether you want it free or not.

Did you heard about the yahoo messenger?
its hase new upgrade and now called as Yahoo messenger with voice... Try to do Pc to Pc call or Use chat... some banner also alows you to use pc to cellphone or telephone.. easy and convenient!

by using some messenger service to call other computer, some messenger service even support calling telephones from computer some of them are skype, yahoo, globe 7
they are comparatively cheap also.

I think you do have to connect to the internet. I use Yahoo! Messenger sometimes as a phone and it works quite well.
