Does anyone have experience in recruiting and wish to share a really effective technique or method to find great people for open jobs?

when you are recruiting the best thing to do is believe in what ever it is that you want them to get into. It is easier to get into something if the person trying to recruit you believes in it.

I'm not involved in recruiting, but I have observed from the outside looking in. Live to promote from within and groom your employees for bigger and better things. All too often companies just want to hire "grunts" and never give them a shot to move up. I worked with a company (Headquarters of a NYSE traded company) that had 3 MBA's who were doing entry level work, and human resources was too overworked to pay attention and see that these individuals could do more than the data entry they were doing. The situation was made worse, because many people in management felt that people in lower positions with talent would threaten their jobs so they would recommend average workers for positions, because they knew those individuals would be satisfied with those positions and not move up. The employees with MBA's ended up leaving the company and went on to have great opportunities with the competition. You would really be amazed at how many people are really bright and just need an opportunity to step up... just create an environment throughout the company so you can let the cream rise to the top and target bright young motivated go getters for your entry level jobs. Bright young motivated go getters are more common than you think!

it you want to share your business or job with other people it is important that youre into it yourself with whole heart and one hundred percent belief. If you are, enthusiam will naturally floe out from you and you will be able to influence others. But if you yourself have doubts, better know the company first and the business before letting someone in. Forget about earning if you still have a lot to know.
