If you think your pH is off balance, eating the yogurt is good. I would stop the milk though, until your stomach feels better.

For any upset stomach ginger works great. Get fresh ginger and either grate it in a tea or make a ginger soup with chicken broth and pieces of ginger.

Hi Sammy

Here is a method to get rid of the stones naturally. Takes some comittment and work, but worth it

Kidney Formula 2 oz
Formulae: Uva Ursi leaves, Juniper berries, Corn silk, Horsetail herb, Pipsissewa leaf, Burdock root and seed and Goldenrod flower tops.

Kidney Flush Tea 8 oz
Formulae: Juniper berries, Corn silk, Uva Ursi leaves, Parsley root and leaf, Dandelion leaf, Horsetail herb, Goldenrod flower tops, Hydrangea root, Gravel root and Marshmallow root, Orange peel and Peppermint leaf.

Uric Acid Crystals in the Kidneys are easy to dissolve quickly. Small calcium gravel and plaque is easier and faster to dissolve than one large stone. Regardless of the size of your crystal and rock collection, if you have or even suspect any type of sediment, gravel or stone in your Kidneys or Bladder, or have been diagnosed by a doctor as having them, it is time to get to work. As a minimum, do the 5 Day Cleansing and Detoxification Program that includes the Kidney Flush Drink and all the Kidney Herbal Formulae. If the Problems still persists I suggest doing my 5 Day Cleansing and Detoxification Routine for an additional week. You can also do my Stone Dissolving Routine that I used in my clinic to dissolve literally thousands of Kidney stones.

The hydrangea included in the herbals that accompany the stone disolve routine may not in some cases completely disolve your rock collection but will enable you to pass them more easily. Even so I have seen some members completely disolve their stones and pass only the sediment. For each person it will be different. What you can expcet from the proper use of the herbal aids and routines stated in the following paragraph from Dr. Christiopher's writings.

GRAVEL REMOVER
There is much disagreement about Hydrangea’s stone-dissolving properties. Most authorities agree that it does remove the stones, but not everyone considers the herb a solvent. Dr. Butler affirmed that the herb relieves the pain of the passing of the calculi. Dr. Shook explained that the sharp pain that is associated with gravel deposits comes from the sharp points of the crystal piercing the kidney or ureter. When the sharp points are even partially dissolved, he said, the pain, hemorrhage and inflammation all subside, and the stone or stones frequently pass with just a stretching of the tubes. How, he asked, is it possible to account for the fact that when these stones pass through easily after the administration of Hydrangea, they are found to be smooth and round, while x-rays revealed their sharp point piercing the tissues? He said that their clinical evidence proved that Hydrangea is truly a stone solvent.

This routine takes 3 days and can be repeated. On Day One Take a gallon jug and fill it with the ingredients listed below. Let the mixture steep
in a warm place for a whole day, shaking every couple of hours for a minute or two.

In a Gallon Jug Combine the Following:
96 ounces Organic Fresh squeezed Apple Juice
10 ounces Organic Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
10 ounces Organic Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
10 ounces Organic, Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
One 2 oz bottle of the Kidney Formula
8 oz of the Kidney Flush Tea

To make this formula stronger, mix all the ingredients in a blender. This will break down and smash all the herbs. Let this sit for 24 hours, then
strain through a stainless steel strainer or squeeze through a clean, cotton T-shirt. The strained formula must now be kept in the
refrigerator until it is all consumed.

On Day Two & Three after it has brewed drink 4 ounces each waking hour followed by a glass of distilled water. It will take almost 2 days to
drink the entire gallon of liquid. You can even drink an ounce every 15 minutes. Considering that you Sleep 8 hours and are up for 16, if you drink 4 ounces every hour that you are awake, you will consume a total of 64 ounces each day which means this brew will last you almost 2 days.

You will also be drinking some distilled water, up to 64 ounces a day. Only distilled water, the emptiest waster is allowed. Distilled water is so empty, it is like a vacuum, it is the universal solvent especially for unwanted mineral deposits. Just by drinking distilled water on a regular basis you dissolve stones, and prevent new ones from forming. But when added to this routine you'll have a real winner.

Best of health to you

Cheers

suck on a mint. It is a natural cure for a stomach ache. even chew a piece of gum for a while until the flavor starts to go. you could try a herbal tea also.

Baking soda. Try cranberry juice for the stones thing instead-you can get it made with 100% juice now (grape and apple juice instead of added sugar).

Try taking an antiacid or basic substance. Milk and diary products are good for this

peppermint tea is good for a tummy ache, but if you are drinking way too much fluid you are causing your own tummy trouble, like a foundered horse.
