yes, he is currently creating an album. it's been moved up to be released before his movie, "Phantasmagoria", and is said to be not just him and the band, but collaborations with other musical geniuses as well.

I heard, from Kerrang! magazine, that he's making plans to launch an album overdue Fall (around September to November, probably Halloween expertise Manson :D). Then a holiday in 2012 spring time for u . s . a ..
