do you have any artist friend? They, or someone they know might be able to make your shirt for you.
I work for a company that makes things to order, but we need a minimum order. We go by cost, not item. so if the customer wants 100 things and our minimum is 500 things or $700, well...they can get 100 things for $700. To us it seems silly, they should just get 500 things for $700, but that's their deal, maybe they dont have storage, who knows, who cares, they are paying for it. Check it out and good luck.

You could do it yourself. Go to WalMart, buy a plain shirt, go to your local craft store, such as Michaels, or JoAnn Fabrics, and look for TRANSFER PAPER. You can get whatever you want on your computer, put it into Paint or something, FLIP IT, so it's BACKWARDS, and print it onto the transfer paper. then all you have to do is iron it onto your Tshirt. =) I used to do it all the time.
You COULD have someone, like a silkscreener, do it for you, but this is way cheaper. ;)
Good luck!

There are many t-shirt designors in malls. They are independently owned and operated. I think the avarage shirt costs 25.00. it is worth a shot investigating

Look in your local phone book for a silk-screen printer or a Uniform Shop. They might be willing to help you.

They can do one t-shirt. The processes they use are sublimation, vinyl, heat transfer and ink jet dark so they can do any type of T-shirt and min order is only 1.
Thing is, they're based in London, UK.
