When I read that earlier, I was shocked the parent should have opted out of the field trip.....not make a stink to get rid of the teacher....When the child's sees something on TV is mom going to sue ABC?

I'd say that firing a teacher nearly 500 feet is pretty good.
Shame she missed the net though.
I mean, fancy building a brick wall there!

I think that some disciplinary measures would have been sufficient.
