My mom and step father had the same problem with my brother's teacher, he is in a TMH class for special needs. Well his teacher was, well to say the least a royal *****. She was incredibly mean to him and would yell at him and wouldn't let him have help in the bathroom, he is mentally and physically handicap and just couldn't do it himself. Well my mom and step father went to the board of education and they bitched out the teacher and told them that if he didn't get into another class NOW that they were going to take him out of school. Which is harder on the school, because they are losing a lot of money if that happens. That didn't mess with going to the teacher first, because they knew that wasn't going to accomplish anything. I recommend that you go to the superintendent of schools in your area and tell him about this teach and demand that your child be put into another special ed class are you are going to pull him out of school...Good luck
