It sounds to me like you are a bit obsessed with your bowels, try getting a hobby and letting nature take it's course. There are things you can do, but I don't think your constipated maybe. Don't fret if you don't go every day, but try not to go more than about 3 days without a bowel movement. Make time in your day to sit on the toilet, but don't force the subject. Try going to the bathroom about 15 minutes after you eat a big meal, if you prefer to go in the mornings then try after breakfast. If you sit for more than 10-15 minutes with no results then take a break and get on with your day. If you have to go to the bathroom later in the day, don't put it off...go when you need to or your body will eventually ignore the fact that you have to go and you'll end up constipated. You needn't drink so much water, as a matter of fact I wouldn't recommend any more than 4 litres a day max...too much of something isn't good either and 6-7 litres puts a lot of pressure on your heart and circulatory system. Try not to rely on your tea so much as your body will become accustomed to NEEDING it, instead, increase the amount of fibre you eat and if after 3 days you aren't able to go, try something like a glass of prune juice, but don't over do it either. Remember, your stomach and bowels do not have to be completely empty at all times, just relax and seriously try to focus on something else about your life you can control...not just your bowels.

Hi
I work with disabled adults who are on alot of medications, and constipation is a big problem. We make a natural mixture and serve it with breakfast every morning. Natural bran, prune juice, minced prunes, apple sauce. The mixture should be the consistency of cooked oatmeal if you like it more soupy just add more prune juice. It actually tastes pretty good. It works within a few days, for full benefits make sure you eat 3 to 4 tablespoons every morning. This amount can be adjusted up or down depending on how it works for you. Continue to drink plenty of water the more the better. Hope this helps, and its all natural no side effects.

i think you are a little obsessed with your bowels, just because you can't go when you want to doesn't mean you are constipated if you go at least once every 2-3 days that is considered normal. if you have trouble after that you can try milk of magnesia or a bottle of magnesium citrate, this comes in cherry and lemon. i recommend the lemon. drink this before bed and you will be running to the bathroom before you even think about your morning cup of tea. you should also talk to your doctor about the possibility of having irritable bowel syndrome. that is what i have. i used to go four times a day and thought this was normal and when i could only go once or twice, i thought i was constipated because of the pain i would get so i finally went to my dr.there are medications you can take such as zelnorm, or you could eat alot of yogurt. they have a new kind out called activia to help regulate your digestive system which makes it less painful to go. keep on drinking lots of water, and please go see your dr. good luck

i suggest you to take isabh ghol as it is fiber with water while sleeping with hot milk. Milk at night help alot in clearing the motion . change your life style and eating habits
opt for salad more than other stuffs in diet
should start Morning walk and yoga in the morning, u will see remarkable improvement and drink 1-2 liter water (kept in copper pot for overnight) before even brushing your teeth. it is a ayurvedic method for constipation. also after dinner opt for a small walk becz direct goin to bed cause in digestion
one thing stop taking tea and if you cant then dont take it with empty stomach, just hav buiscuit or some thing with it, tea is quite harmful with empty stomach
i hope it will help u out in great way

If you're bowel movements are that sincere to you and if you are that concerned, there are several things that have helped me...
Cereal, additives (you can find them in most Western pharmacies) alcohol (beer, especially.)
Avoid caffeine. That tends to bind you and make you tense.
Try to develop a routine. Only try to go during certain times of the day in a comfortable environment.
And whatever you do, don't read. That makes you slump on the can. Spend as little time as you can and sit upright as to not inhibit the gravititational flow.
Relax and try a bunch of fibre. It's more psychological than physical. You'll sh*it eventually. Don't worry about it.

Talk to a doctor about it. Its probably your diet but other things can cause problems. Eating lots of veggies will help and whole grain stuff. Stay away from White Bread and White Rice that's what I have been told I do not have enough Fibber in my diet. Try researching fibber and you will see what I mean.
I would go speak to your doctor within the next week or two and see what he says.
An other note: Speak to your doctor or a doctor at a walk in clinic before takeing any medication for your problem. Trust me on this one.

Eat plenty of food with lots of fiber and be sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
If that doesn't work, you should see a doctor and ask him to give you a prescription for Miralax. It won't hurt you - just gives you more fiber and, unlike fiber drinks sold without a prescription, it has no taste at all. You can put it in a glass of water and never know the difference. This works for evreyone.

Insted of taking tea in the morning , you should try to have a glass of milk with Sat Isabgol(TWO SPOON) at bed time & one /two glasses of lukewarm water early in the morning. Besides one need to consume sufficient quantity of water during the day. you may have brisk morning walk after taking the water in early morning . The consumption of Masala tea may exaggerate your problem further.

Very strange. What kind of diet are you own. For one thing with all the water you are consuming wheather or not that is a problem is beyound me. What do you mean by clear? What kind of motion. Excreating? If you are dring that much water your kidneys, and bladder are I hopefully doing their job. If you just drink, and do not eat you are not constipated.
