I like The Late Show with David Letterman, because I like the partnership between the idiot (the band director) and the cool nerdy guy (Letterman). The comedy on there is great too.
Late Night with Conan O'Brian is also good. The guy has a sense of humor similar to my own, and unlike Leno, he's not completely self-absorbed. He lets his guests talk about themselves without saying, "you know, my wife and I..."
So either Conan or Letterman.
OH! And I almost forgot about The Daily Show with Jon Stewart! that's a great late night talk show too!

Ellen may be affected. Heroes and the Simpsons would be large. The shows that experience it maximum are those that matter on contemporary activities (The daily tutor, The Colbert checklist) and different information based shows (genuine Time W/ invoice Maher, Leno, Letterman, Obrien). those adult males want jokes and stuff to combination in with the information and it is the comedian tale writers that are on strike.
